You must be at least 18 years of age to use the offerings. By using the website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old

The term “you” refers to the user of the offerings and/or viewer of the website. The term “I,” “us,” and “we” refers to the business, Astrea Taylor LLC, its officers, member owners, staff, and representatives. The term “offerings” refers to all services and products, including but not limited to mentoring sessions, coaching sessions, astrological readings, tarot readings, rituals, workshops, information on the website, blogs, vlogs, videos, books, and any other written or audio-visual materials.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and offerings. By using these, you accept these terms and conditions in full without reservation. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, discontinue the use of the offerings.

By accessing the offerings, you affirm and acknowledge that the offerings are not substitutes for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, legal matters, or any mental or medical health services. I am not a licensed professional in any of these areas. The offerings are for general informational purposes only, and they cannot replace or substitute the services or diagnoses of trained and licensed professionals in any field. At the time of this writing, mentoring and coaching do not require any legal licenses in the United States. Because I am not a licensed professional, I cannot guarantee any specific results.

Consult a doctor or other licensed health care professional in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. Seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a mental health symptom or a medical condition. 

By the use of the offerings, you agree to use medicine as directed and prescribed by a licensed professional only. Do not disregard any professional psychological or medical advice or delay in seeking assistance. If at any time you feel the need for professional counseling, you agree to promptly seek the assistance of a licensed professional.

Any advice, services, or tools provided in the offerings are information or suggestions only with no guarantees of any particular or specific outcome. You are responsible for your individual actions and their corresponding results. Participating in the offerings may create risks, and you must evaluate the risks of potential actions and whether they endanger you or anyone else before taking action. All statements and offerings are for informational or entertainment purposes only. They are always opinions and not guarantees that you will achieve any particular or specific result. 

You freely and voluntarily acknowledge and agree that you are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results, and you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions, or results at any time under any circumstance in perpetuity. By use of the offerings, you waive any claim whatsoever against and hold harmless Astrea Taylor LLC and any of that may arise from such use.

MENTORING/COACHING/TAROT/ASTROLOGY TERMS

Sessions are booked through Calendly (or the other designated service we choose), and they are only confirmed after the price is paid. A link will be emailed upon purchase, and a reminder email will be sent approximately 24 hours before the session.

In order to provide you the best service, session availability is set up so sessions will not be booked with less than 2 hours notice to me. If you book a session with less than two hours notice, please contact me immediately via the Contact tab for cancellation, refund, and rescheduling. 

Sessions are conducted by video conference on Zoom (with or without the camera on) unless otherwise agreed upon. Please be on time for your session, as the session will begin at the designated time. In order to ensure there is no delay with your session, please log on 10-15 minutes early in case Zoom has delays for necessary updates or you have password issues. Sessions end at the appointment end time (unless otherwise noted in the disclaimer below).

You direct the topics of conversation in the session. It is your responsibility to let me know if there is anything you do not wish to discuss or if the topic should be changed. You may also request the use or the discontinuation of the use of any practice I suggest, including but not limited to: visualization, breathing technique, meditation, physical activity, divination, astrology, or any other practice. 

Disclaimer

I may not be able to assist every person who requests a session for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: differences in opinion or general nature, the inability to assist with a problem I for which am not well versed, a history of association which indicates I am not well suited to assist, harassment, volatility, or any other reason. I reserve the right to decline a session with anyone who may not be a good fit for my mentoring/coaching. If or when this happens, this issue will be brought up either before or during the session, and the session will be canceled. A full or partial refund may be available depending on how long the session lasts. If this occurs, you shall not seek a session with me again, and any attempt to do so will forfeit the cost of the session, no exceptions. 

Although it is possible that mature content may be brought up in a session, I am not trained in this topic, and it must never be the main focus of the conversation. If the conversation becomes uncomfortable, I reserve the right to request a change in topic or shut down the session with or without a warning. I reserve the right to retain full or partial payment for this reason.

Confidentiality
I agree to keep all conversations and information strictly confidential. None of your ideas, information, or thoughts will be shared with anyone unless with your express written permission. I will also not disclose your name as a reference without your express consent. Confidential information does not include information that was in possession prior to its being furnished by the client, is generally known to the public or in the industry, or information I am required by law to disclose.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

I understand there may be times when you must miss a session due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduling may occur any time, but no more than 4 hours before the time booked, which are non-refundable.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund, with the exception of cancellations made within 4 hours, which are not refundable.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the website, offerings, and intellectual property are copyright to and owned by Astrea Taylor LLC. If you believe any content is in copyright violation, submit a request in writing to have it removed by using the Contact link.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy represent the complete and entire agreement with respect to your use and access of the Website and offerings, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
